DESIGN CONCEPT
Centralia was designed to reference movement and growth. Fargo’s history is showcased throughout the space to correlate with the changes that may be taking place in the visitors lives, while also keeping the culture of downtown alive. By using a dark, but warm color scheme with highlights of biophilia to show our incorporation of LEED aspects, we created a comforting environment. The community garden included in the back can be a serene space as well as a source for fresh produce. Our goal was to create an uplifting environment that is accessible to all, and brings people together.
